PEER Consultants is a woman-owned, small business with capabilities and experiences in the areas of local, state and federal compliance issues including product and process substitution for pollution prevention.  Hazardous waste disposal and other RCRA issues are a specialty of the company.  PEER was nominated by the USAF and won the DoD Environmental Restoration Award for Small Business in 1996.  PEER understands the USAF EIAP at all levels from environmental impact statements to environmental baseline studies to categorical exclusions.  PEER has performed in most environmental engineering areas including water and wastewater treatment, pretreatment, protection and distribution.  PEER has been active supporting the USAF in environmental stewardship and leadership throughout PEER's 22 year history.
