Under this Contractual Engineering Task, an upgrade package for the 8x20 autoclave will be defined.  The definition shall include the design of the required interface between the autoclave and the control system.  The upgrade package interface was designed in such a fashion that the currently installed controller system was reinstalled on the autoclave within an eight-hour time frame.

UDRI designed, prototyped, installed and tested the controller modification system.  Training requirements were identified, reviewed, and developed for processes and procedures for basic system operation.
